At Sunglasses, we want you to see the world clearly and confidently, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all original condition eyewear. If your new frames aren't the perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution so you can find your perfect look.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Frames

  Place the sunglasses in their original protective case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned eyewear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5 business days.
