If you choose “Sunglasses To Fit” as your fitting option, please wait for a Royal Mail Returns Label to be emailed.
Some parts are held in our laboratory, but as you can imagine, we can't hold every combination. If we do not have the parts in stock, they take 5-7 working days to arrive from Italy. If we have the parts in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3 p.m.
If you have purchased Next Day Delivery, your parts will be sent out in that manner as soon as they arrive with us if we still need to get the stock in our lab.
