How to order the right part

Set these in the boxes above when you order. Size only applies to temple arms:

1. Part — e.g. Temples
2. Colour code — e.g. 601/71
3. Size if shown — temples only

About size: only temple arms come in different lengths, so a size box appears for them — it's the two-digit number after the colour code (e.g. 54□16 → size 54). Screws, décor, tips, ear socks and nose pads are one fit, so there's nothing to pick — that's normal, not a missing option.

Where to find your codes: printed on the inside of the temple arm — the model number (e.g. 0OO9446), the colour code and, for temples, the size. Not sure? Email us a photo and we'll confirm.

Fitting your new part

Some parts — like screws, tips and ear socks — are a simple job at home. For temple arms, or if you'd rather not risk it, let our UK lab fit them for you.

Fit it yourself: most parts are a quick swap with a precision screwdriver. Take your time and keep the tiny screws safe.

Or let us fit it: choose “Sunglasses UK to fit” (+£10) at checkout. We'll email a Royal Mail returns label — send your frame in and we'll fit it and post it back.

Stock & delivery

In stock: if we hold your part in our lab, it's dispatched the same day when ordered before 3pm.

Not in stock: we order it directly from Italy (Luxottica), which takes 5–7 working days to arrive before we send it on. If you've chosen Next Day Delivery, it ships that way as soon as it reaches us.

Why repair, not replace?

A single worn part shouldn't cost you a whole new pair. Replacing it keeps your Oakley Portal out of landfill, saves you money, and keeps the frame you already know and love. It's what we've done since 1999.
